I have developed a 4-week programme to restore your pelvic floor. Pelvic floor dysfunction can have a serious impact on your health both mentally & physically. I take the time to establish how it affects you, we decide a starting point and I teach you the breathing and show you appropriate exercises; I use functional exercises but also work on nutrition and lifestyle, plus homework each week to enhance your progress. You will notice a remarkable difference.
