How you respond to stress during the COVID-19 pandemic can depend on your background, your social support from family or friends, your financial situation, your health and emotional background, the community you live in, and many other factors.
Though we are all living through the pandemic, our internal and external experience of it will vary greatly. Your health is paramount right now. Coping with stress in a healthy way will make you & the people you care about stronger.
On this workshop I will take you through different elements that make up wellness, discuss the red flags & more importantly what you can do to support yourself to achieve optimal health & wellness. For many learning how to ground yourself, to allow yourself space to think, process, feel emotions is essential to riding through this pandemic. Everyone that attends will receive a 10-15 minutes breathing & meditation exercise to keep.
