Covid-19 yes it's true there are many people out there experiencing worse than you BUT your stress, your anxiety, your feelings are valid. Taking the time to talk about it, process it, release it. It's not desperate, it's not pathetic, it's not silly .

You matter, taking time for self-care, taking time to recognise your own feelings, taking time to talk. On those days where everything feel too much, just breathe, some days are good & some days are s**t, just remember don't quit. Brighter days are coming...........
